What will you be doing
- Implement strong Know Your Client procedure to Clients (KYC)
- Validate provided documentation
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software
- Keep client records in the Company’s software
- Forward financial matters and requests to the relevant Department
- Ensure customer satisfaction, professional communication
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- additional Languages is an advantage
- Relevant Degree
- At least 6 months experience in back-office administration within the Forex Industry
- Computer literacy and the ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems
- Organizational and time management skills
